Local Exxon retailer Johnny Walker, on behalf of Circle K Kilgore Exxon and Super C South Kilgore Exxon stores on Henderson Blvd., presented two $500 ExxonMobil Educational Alliance grants to Kilgore ISD Superintendent Cara Cooke.

The grants are to be used for math and science programs at Kilgore High School and Kilgore Middle School. "We are happy to be able to facilitate these grants for local schools and very pleased to be a part of the Kilgore business community," said Walker, who himself is a 1967 graduate of KHS.
