       AWESOME JOB...........WAY TO GO DOGS!
After three games of the University Interscholastic League's 3A Division I playoffs, the Kilgore High School Bulldogs are still standing.
Friday, at Forney's City Bank Stadium, the Ragin' Red pretty much delivered a knockout blow early.
Kilgore raced out to a big lead, held on through a bit of a letdown early in the second half, and cruised to their third playoff win,
a 56-21 beat-down of Lone Star.
With the victory, the Bulldogs are now 12-0 on the season. Kilgore will meet Chapel Hill, a district rival KHS has already beaten once this year, next weekend.  Chapel Hill defeated Decatur, 55-40, Friday night at Forney, as well, to earn the rematch with Kilgore.
The rivals will meet at Rosé Stadium in Tyler next Friday at 7:30, according to KHS coach Mike Wood. The Ragin' Red will be the visiting team.
